Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll set up a meeting and property tour at a time that works for you.
We’ll send you an application to get started. You’ll receive a clear list of rental criteria so you know exactly what we’re looking for in an applicant. You’ll receive a request from MySmartMove by TransUnion to complete your background and credit check. This request comes directly from TransUnion for your security.
If approved, you'll be notified and sign lease. Submit your deposits, and we’ll confirm your move-in date so you can start the next chapter in your new home!
